Subscription Based Plans. For Subscription Based Plans, a full refund will be issued if MY TECH SQUAD is unable to resolve every issue specified in the Plan Order within the first 30 days of the Subscription (“30 Day Guarantee”).
However, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable if any issue is resolved. Nevertheless, MY TECH SQUAD may agree to a refund of Subscription fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer at its sole discretion and on an individual basis.
Incident Based Plans. For Incident Based Plans, you are eligible for a refund if (i) the issue has not been resolved within 30 days of starting the Service by the Technician, and (ii) all the Terms of this Agreement and Plan Order have been met.
